Download the best games on Windows & Mac. Now that Torchlight 2 is available on GOG, I've uploaded my Bigger Stash mod to Nexus Mods. It only affects the player stash and shared stash, and has no effect on player.

I made a guide to duping in Torchlight 1.15 a few months back, and was wondering if the process can be replicated in Torchlight 2. It seems that it can.

Torchlight 2 Mods

Duping in Torchlight 2:

1. Drop items to be duped in shared stash.

2. Save and quit. Make a copy of sharedstash.bin (where items to be duped are now saved) in windows explorer.

3. Start game again, take items from shared stash and place in inventory. Save and quit.

4. Replace sharedstash.bin (which is now empty) with the copy you made in step 2.

5. Log in and retrieve copies of items.

6. Profit.

I'm fairly certain this method works without problems, though I haven't tested it out extensively. Not sure if this flags you as a cheater or not, however.

2 Shared Upload

Another use to be gained from the sharedstash.bin file is that it can be used to store multiple stashes. Saved on your computer you can have sharedstash.bin, sharedstash (1).bin, sharedstash (2).bin, and sharedstash (3).bin, all with their own, unique inventories. You just have to save and quite the game, restore whichever inventory you need by renaming it to sharedstash.bin, and start the game again.
